How Do we Ship Your PC or Laptop?

At Reactor Gaming we take shipping your item with the utmost care and take every step to ensure the package gets to you safely. While we cannot guarantee that the item will not break in transit, we ship with the industry standard Insta-Pak Self Hardening Foaming pack. This ensures that the PCs internal parts do not shift too much while in transit. We also cover all 8 points of contact with Styrofoam or another form of edge guard to ensure that if the PC or laptop is dropped that the energy is transferred to the edge guard and not to the PC or Laptop. We do offer Shipping insurance on the critical parts, this is added on for no additional fee and is apart of our free shipping. Should the PC arrive damaged, the reimbursement from the shipping company will allow us to replace any damaged parts for free.
