1. Warranty Coverage

Reactor Gaming offers a two-year limited warranty on all gaming PCs and components purchased through our authorized retailers or directly from our website. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Any component failures occurring within the two-year period, provided the product has been used according to our guidelines.

Extended Warranties: In addition to our standard two-year warranty, most components come with extended warranties free of charge. Please refer to the original Thank You Packet included with your purchase for specific warranty lengths on individual components, which may extend beyond the two-year period for parts such as power supplies and other key components.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage like scratches or dents.
  • Damage from accidents, water exposure, or extreme environmental conditions.
  • Software issues, including operating system failures and application malfunctions.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team at team@reactorgaming.co or fill out the above form. Provide your order number, product information, and a description of the issue.
  2. Return Authorization: If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with instructions on returning the product.
  3. Return Shipping: Securely package the product and ship it to the provided address. During the two-year warranty period, Reactor Gaming will cover shipping costs for valid claims. After the two-year period, the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs.
  4. Inspection and Repair/Replacement: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. If deemed defective and under warranty, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

4. Warranty Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

5. Limitations of Liability

Reactor Gaming’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use or lost profits, resulting from a defect in the product.

6. Warranty Modifications

Reactor Gaming reserves the right to amend this warranty policy at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website.
