Not only did they have the best pricing AND not only did they have the largest custom part selection out of the system integrators I looked into, AND not only do they customize the bios properly, but the customer service is also excellent. My purchase put the whole customer service process through the most rigorous test, and they did fantastically. The worst thing that can happen when buying from a system integrator is something goes wrong in shipping, and you have a DoA part on arrival. That is exactly what happened with the 5090 in my computer. I notified Reactor Gaming team, and they offered multiple solutions to resolving the issue.
