2. Matching Components and Color: To qualify for the Price Match Guarantee, the computers must have identical components and the same color. This ensures an apples-to-apples comparison, allowing you to receive the best price without sacrificing any specifications or aesthetic preferences.
3. Verification Process: To request a price match, follow these steps:a. Find an identical prebuilt or custom computer with the same components and color at a lower price from one of the eligible OEMs or system integrators mentioned above.b. Contact our customer support team via Team@reactorgaming.co and provide the following information:
   • Your contact information
   • Detailed specifications of the computer you wish to purchase from us
   • A link or documentation verifying the lower price of the identical computer from the competitor

   c. Our team will review the provided information and verify the price match eligibility.

4. Price Match Evaluation: Our team will evaluate the price match request based on the following criteria:
   • The computer must have identical components, including the processor, graphics card, memory, storage, power supply, motherboard, and any other significant hardware.
   • The color of the computer must be the same.
   • The competitor’s price must be current, valid, and publicly available.
5. Price Adjustment: If the price match request meets all the eligibility criteria and is approved, we will adjust the price of the computer you wish to purchase to match the competitor’s lower price. You can then proceed with your purchase at the discounted price.

Please note that our Price Match Guarantee applies only to the base price of the computer and does not include additional costs such as shipping, taxes, warranties, or any other fees associated with the purchase.
